The nurse said the doctor wanted to talk to me and guided me to an office. I knew something was wrong. Moments later, I was told I had breast cancer. I sat in my car processing the news, feeling my heart sink, and immediately called my lifeline.
We all experience challenges at different points in our lives. In this episode, I am honored to introduce to you my lifeline while going through breast cancer. We talk about what a lifeline looks like and the importance of having one and being one.
Do you have a lifeline? Give yourself permission to list the criteria that want to have in a lifeline, find your lifeline (if you don’t have it already) and strengthen that relationship as you continue to create your best life.
Let me know about your lifeline experiences and what resonated with you from this episode.
