This week I experienced disappointment. In previous episodes, I’ve shared with you my focus on health and the various things I’ve changed to move forward on my health-related goals. I’ve changed my diet. I exercise almost daily. I meditate. And, I’ve had success such as healing from cancer, getting stronger, growing an inch, but one metric was pending.
Last week I got the results from my bone density test and these were not what I was hoping for. Since the previous test in 2024, I’ve continued to experience bone loss, which was so disappointing.
What do you do when you experience disappointment? In this episode, I reflect on the disappointment and how I may have fallen a little off the health wagon and back into old habits that are not aligned with my new identity.
