Permission to Cry

It’s October and that means Pink Month or Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  This episode came in response to people asking me how I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

I am happy to share my story about how I found out I had breast cancer and what actions I took in hopes that it inspires moms, grandmoms, sisters, daughters, nieces, and all women to take the necessary steps to take care of their health and themselves.

Give yourself permission to take off work, to get a babysitter, to do whatever is necessary for you to schedule your annual mammogram and not miss that appointment!  It is something that can save your life.
