Permission to Be

I’m often asked how I did it?  How did I go from healing from cancer, to writing my children’s book, to starting a podcast?  The answer to those questions has many levels, but an important component is that I gave myself permission to ask for help.

While I was undergoing chemo, I knew I needed help getting through it.  I was surrounded by family and friends that loved me and wanted me to get better, and that was great, but not only what I needed.  I needed to go within and find answers to questions that I had asked myself for years, but how to do that?

I followed the nudge in my heart to pray, but specifically to pray to Mother Mary.  I guess I missed my Mom with me during these times and so I prayed to the Divine Mother and then was guided to Frances!

In this episode I share the back story of where I was, how I was introduced to Frances, and how that relationship has changed my life. I think we all need a Frances in our lives and so I have invited her to be on the podcast and she said “Yes”!  So next episode, I am honored to present to you Reverend Frances Fayden and how she has dedicated her life to be a light for others.
