A Meditation to Protect Your Aura

When we interact with others, three things can happen: we influence them, they influence us, or on more rare occasions, each party stays neutral. Usually when we encounter someone with a lower vibration than us, we will lower our vibration to match theirs. This can leave us feeling exhausted, frustrated, angry, or anxious.

The goal of this meditation is to help you become aware of your own aura. You can imagine your aura as a bubble or shield of protection; when you encounter someone coming from a lower vibration than you, you are less likely to be brought down to their level. When your day feels hectic or stressful, visualizing your aura can help you stay focused, calm, and composed.

This a great meditation to practice in the morning.
