Director, instructor, and trainer at AG Fitness, Angela is also a former professional dancer, choreographer, and nationally-certified personal trainer and instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine and AFAA. The classes the AG team offers combine Angela’s training in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, and modern dance with her passion for fitness. The result is fitness classes and personal training that is fun, effective, and overflowing with energy.
