A Peek into my Lessons!

As a bonus intro lesson, join me to sketch and create motifs from a single flower. This is a perfect intro to my creative practice and will warm you up for lesson 1, which is drawing the beautiful frangipani (using my grid system for drawing flowers), creating gorgeous mixed media cards and then creating a Botanical Mandala in lesson 2 inspired by this gorgeous flower.

One of the reoccurring themes of the Make Create Express workshop is how important creativity is to our well being, how our creativity is a way that we show up for ourselves, how we listen to ourselves, express ourselves, take care of ourselves.

I strongly believe in the healing energy of nature and I am answering that call to return to this work, so this creative program is a perfect way to connect back to this beautiful practice.
