Episode 006: What's Possible in Your Business in 2021?

If you haven’t written down your goals for the year yet, here are some questions you can use to document them now, on the first working day of the year: 

1. What are your goals? What do you specifically want to achieve this year? 
2. What actions need to be taken to reach those goals? 
3. What is working in your business that will help you reach these goals? 
4. What is not working in your business that may hinder or slow down your progress towards these goals?
5. Now, create a plan.
