11 Expect Happiness - Happy Monday on Creating Happiness

We are SO EXCITED to launch Happy Monday! As part of our Creating Happiness journey, we decided to spread some more happiness with some impromptu little snippets which we will release every Monday (and any other time we feel inspired to). 

In view of current world events, we thought we'd share some happiness on the topic of...expecting happiness. It is easy to get 'sucked in' the vortex of negativity that may surround us. The news...the general mood of the world. But is it possible to go beyond what's presented to us? Expecting happiness talks about going beyond what's given to us and focusing on what WE wish to expect from our future.
