Hit the pause button and back it up!

Sometimes we are too focused on where we're going, we forget how far we've come.

You need to back it up and appreciate where you are. Over time our memories become distorted. And our new normal is where you are now.

So when you're thinking about wanting to be further along in building your business, having a better and more intimate marriage, being healthier and stronger.... You forget where you came from.

Back it up!

When you start to see the "grass is greener on the other side" or the comparison to someone; you gotta stop and back it up!

Don't spend a lot of time and money shopping in the Self Doubt store. Go shopping at Confidence. And how about Sassy and Classy.

When your Monday morning doesn't end up like you thought it would, do you think spending a lot of shopping in Frustration and OMG! is good? Uh NOOOOOO!!!! Go to Joy Jar!

We can get a really delusional perspective when we forget where we came from. You forget the blood, sweat, tears, sacrifice, and challenges it took to get here.

"An overnight success is an overnight fail."

Even Jesus wasn't an overnight success. And remember God when he created the Heavens and the earth. He too looked back on His 6 days of work and saw it was good. #BackItUp
