What are you fearful of today...your to do list; your schedule; your bills; your spouse; your job? Fear nothing!

"There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment." ~ 1 John 4:18

What punishment? It's the punishment we bring upon ourselves or the "what if" thoughts. Those fears are amplified. It's the stuff that makes our heart skip too many bears, makes us anxious and increases our anxiety stumbling over our inadequacies. 

Don't run away from what confronts you. Fear nothing!

How are you choosing to be held in fear?
