Who like to talk money? Whether you're wanting to build a business, contribute to the family, or just needing to pay bills, money matters.

Then add in the family (including the children), money is even more important, because everything they want requires money.

Money matters. Yet we don't seem to talk about it for fear of _____. You fill in the blank. Maybe you had a rough marriage because of money, even divorced. And if money is a tough subject, the children know it too. They feel the tension and don't know how to extinguish the fire.

Money matters. We get bills not just in our mailboxes now, but via email. The companies remind you when you're 2 minutes past due. You can't escape money. Money matters.

So today, I want to begin the conversation. Money Talk. It's a fact of life. And very uncomfortable to talk about.

Money itself is not evil. It's our actions where we associate evil or bad with money.

The money discussion came up recently when I began to share my monthly income goals with my children. Even my youngest was calculating in his head how much that would be. As we continued to share and tell them my dream, they were able to put the whole picture together. It was real to them!

Woman of IMPACT - YOU can impact with greatness even with money talk. And you children, your husband will learn and respect you more when they understand the whole picture.

Everything in life costs something!
