In life, you are going to have to maneuver around obstacles, challenges, and celebrations to get where you want to go. You can do it!

We have a tendency to question ourselves when problems come up. The self doubt creeps back in ever so silently to leave you dangling as to whether or not you will succeed at the task before you.

Why do we do this? What is it about not knowing or being unsure that it accelerates us to "I can't!".

But we do it. And it may not be as verbal and blunt as saying "I can't" out loud.

You might receive a compliment, "Dinner was delicious." Instead of saying "thank you" graciously --- you reply, "Oh, it wasn't that great, but thank you."

We are conditioning ourselves to think this way. You may not be saying it consciously, but sub-consciously, your minds knows you said it. Your mind knows the true meaning.

The K.I.S.S. ~ Do the Can-Can!

... And yes I'm talking about the dance. Now I don't always dance around kicking my legs up high doing cartwheels and the splits. But I do take my mindset and turn the Can-Can switch to ON. And there comes.... YOU can do it!!!

Don't allow yourself to fall into the negative funk of life. You are too talented and gifted. Get your energy and spark ready to soar.
