464 How to Live in the Moment

When the world is hurting all around you, hopelessness hits home. You don't know what to do. You're juggling chaos and challenges (some good, some bad); yet you don't feel like you're getting anywhere. How to live in the moment.

Look around. What you see is wars, murders, disease, death, earthquakes. Then you bring it home. 

You experience broken relationships, loss of jobs, children doing drugs, suicides, unexpected accidents.

How to live in the moment when the world around you is falling a part.  

We are high tech in technology, but we have lost our humanness.

You have mountains to climb. Some so high you can't even see the light. The darkness seems too heavy.

The rigors of life, the torments of life stir heartbreak, sorrow and sadness. 

How to live in the moment amongst the trials and tribulations.

   • Hold the door
   • Say please
   • Say thank you
   • Don't steal. Don't cheat. Don't lie.
   • If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.
   • Be respectful to others.
2. Keep dreamin' and help others
3. Recognize your own hard work in your heart, but your attitude is of servitude.
4. Love them where they're at.
5. Love your reflection.
