Those tough days when you find yourself burning the candle at both ends. Feeling torn. Running yourself ragged. Breathe and find the silence of the heart.

Are you running from a world you cannot see? A world of fear, anxiety, bottled up to cover up and bury you.

It's easier and more accepting to look from the outside in. 

But when you look from the silence of the heart, you will learn to find a world you haven't seen.

If I could be, I I should see the silence of my heart. 

If I was still, thin I could find the beauty of a world in me. 

In a world we cannot see is a place where we can be; standing up for who we are, as we see what others see.

And we know that when we open our hearts, we will learn to find a world that we cannot see.

Have you taken time to be silent, be still, to breathe? Seeing what you have been burying. 

What are you really scared of? Not the weather, or a car accident, or some other disaster, but the world you've chosen not to see. 

You are created on purpose, for a purpose. Hiding from the world within you only buries your greatness.
