457 How to Multiply Your Time

Wouldn't it be AWESOME to have the "perfect" day. Everything falling into place right where it's suppose to be. How to multiply your time.

This is an "ask" that most people long for the answer (as if the answer is going to work for them). But how to multiply your time would open up so many other opportunities. 

You might have tried lots of different ways to UN-commit to your commitments. However, even that is challenging. And the excuses to say NO find you talking yourself back into YES.

Let's first begin with some basic questions before we get to The K.I.S.S.

1. What are you spending your time on?


2. What are your extracurricular activities?


3. What is your schedule? Have you actually written it down?

When you answer the above questions, you can comprehend what you are spending your time on and maybe the areas that you roped yourself into without giving it much thought. 

Time is not something you want to assume you have. You must set it in order to see it. 

The best way on how to multiply your time is....

The K.I.S.S. ~ Make your "Naughty" List!

This is the "not to do" list. You are going to understand where and what you need to cut, so you can do what you need to do in your season.

1. WRITE what you should give up.


2. ASK --- Am I ok giving it up? Is it the season to give it up?


3. DO give it up.


4. EQUIP yourself with your to do list.
