456 Your Cup Runneth Over

How can you recharge your broken and worn spirit? Your cup runneth over when you have an abundance of joy, love and gratitude in your life. 

However, you face challenges in life that weaken your spirit --- tragedy, despair, hurt, hopelessness, feeling unloved, disconnected. 

When you spirit is weakened, your excuses become greater. It's easier for you to accept the excuses as "REAL" and owning it. But actually, you don't want to own those. You just do because you are tired of the fight, the internal battle.

So what can you do to begin filling your cup with optimism, love, joy, gratitude, grace and mercy?

The K.I.S.S. ~ Give away what you don't have!

And this is NOT money. It's giving away a compliment when you feel yucky. A hug to a stranger. A smile to one who no longer holds a sparkle. Give the give of love, joy and gratitude to someone else by your words and actions!
