How do you start your day? What is the first thought you think to yourself? Today, you begin with promise.

If you're really organized, you might start your day with your to do list. Or maybe it's just to get to the snooze button as fast as you can. Haha :0)

However, most are tempted by the shame list. You immediately shift your thought to what was left undone from yesterday, what you failed at 2 weeks ago, and that crazy thing you did two months ago. You begin with defeat!

That is SO WRONG in many ways. Your internal setting is marked for FAILURE before you even give yourself a chance for SUCCESS.

Today, you begin with PROMISE. The HOPE that things will be better than the day before. The JOY that sparks you to keep dreaming. The PEACE that all will work out and be ok. The FORGIVENESS to keep going in the tough times. The LOVE that wraps you and holds you. The LOVE you give away. Today, you begin with PROMISE.
