You might be obsessing over your insecurities; always worried about what others think and can you really do something. Overcoming insecurities is possible. It's time to bury the uncertainty, self doubt!

What's not right with you? Why can't you do that better? Don't you understand how vital this is to the project?

These questions you may hear or whisper to yourself when you feel insecure, not confident.

Insecurities is defined as uncertainty or anxiety about one self; lack of confidence.

"Insecurity is not based on what is out there --- it's based on your belief."

Being insecure can make you a jailbird in your own life. Stop jumping in the sinking sand storm. Be STRONG!

1. ACKNOWLEDGE your strengths and weaknesses. Understand them. KNOW them.


2. SECURE your strengths. Make them stronger.


3. ACCEPT your weaknesses. Don't dwell on them. They won't stall you or stump you. They are not your excuses.
