438 How to Boost Your Energy and Clarity

Are you ready to jumpstart your days and boost your energy and clarity? Now is your time to ignite your productivity and inspire greatness. Let's boost it!

How are those dust bunnies? Are you ready to get to spring cleaning and boost your energy and clarity?

There is some hesitation. Not enough time. Too busy with much to do. Overwhelmed in your heart and mind. Stressed beyond words. And you don't know where to start.

Begin first by what you have to gain. What's the reward?

You will gain energy and feel like you can conquer the world, all that's before you. You will also gain clarity. Making decisions will be easier AND you'll have an easier time saying NO because you have clarity. 

Spring cleaning contributes to your productivity. This 12 letter word isn't something that people want to talk about, but it's crucial to living life. 

• Better use of your time.


• Be selective as to how you are spending your time.


• Must have a positive outcome.

Energy + Clarity = Productivity

The K.I.S.S. ~ Boost productivity with small bites (bytes)!

1. Chunk your time. (Divide it up. Break it down. Small. Concise.)


2. Designate a time and cut it in half. (Limit your time to increase your focus.)


3. Complete the task. (Take AIM. Just do it.)


4. BONUS: Think about who will slow you down. (The children. The husband.)

SPRING CLEANING TIPS:

1. Give yourself permission to throw things away.


2. Get rid of it if you haven't used it within 1 year (or a season).


3. Every one has a bin for keepsakes.


4. Scan or take a picture of keepsakes, like all the children's stuff, and put it on a flash drive.


5. Use blue painter's tape to label plastic bins.


6. Empty your pantry and donate to a local food bank.


7. In the linen closet, give yourself permission to get rid of the OLD pillows, sheets, and blankets. IF you plan on using it for rags, cut them up now and put them in a rag drawer. Otherwise, goodbye. It's ok to get rid of them.
