437 You Are Loved!

How is your life going? Do you feel like you're doing life by yourself? Going through the ups and downs. Know that you are loved!

When life throws you against the wall, don't give up and don't give in! Just look up. You are loved.

Take a moment now to breathe in your day, what you are doing and where you are going. Be present right where you are. You are loved.

As life gets more hectic and chaotic, be sure to tell your husband how much you love him. With the digital distractions we have in our lives, it's easy to get disconnected from the ones you hold closest to you. 

It's scary to think that one can feel lonely when you are sitting right next to your sweetheart, yet the distances seems greater when technology is suppose to draw us closer. Nothing is more comforting in life than relationships.

Know you are loved. And spread that little inspiration to others, especially your family. 

Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!! You are loved.
