You are destined for greatness. You are created for awesomeness. You are a leader where you stand. You lead with the heart!

Maybe you're quick to say, "I'm not a leader, and even if I am, how do I lead?".

You lead with the heart, inside out. You know what is right and wrong. Lead with the heart. You understand what your family needs. Lead with the heart. You are qualified to perform your job well. Lead with the heart.

Don't second guess who you are. Believe in who you are becoming and lead with the heart today!
