419 When You're Stuck Between a Rock and a Hard Place

In doing life today, how is it going? For some, the reality is struggles when you're stuck between a rock and a hard place.

So what happens when those struggles and strains are greater than your own strength? 

Lots find it easiest to stay right where they are; they are in their comfort zone. No reason to learn something new, or push harder than you have to. Instead, chill in the struggle.

But is that really what you want? If not, there is hope! You don't have to continue having the inner debate wondering what will happen next.

1. Identify your HARD place. Label it! Be specific.
   
   
   
   • What is doing you harm?
   
   
   • What is holding you back?
   
   
   • Where are you stuck?
   
   
   • What is the problem?
   
   
   
   


2. What is your ROCK?
   
   
   
   • Your solution.
   
   
   • Use your ROCK to push you forward and pull you out. It's your direction!
