As you get older, the only thing you have against you is gravity. Otherwise, NOTHING is impossible.


Stop using "I'm too old!" as an excuse. You are beautiful. You deserve to be of strong mind and body!

  3. Protein builds muscle, so eat it

  4. Use light weights and increase over time
