Too many times, we say one thing but do another. When all is silent, what are your actions teaching?
Leadership comes in all shapes, sizes, and actions. And our actions speak louder than words when all is silent.

If life slowed down enough for you to pause, what would your actions teach?
Not many times in our lives do we stop long enough to reflect on what our actions show.
The depth and the magnitude of what you do is being watched by little eyes, bigger eyes, and heavenly eyes.
Most of the time, if we are being watched or we know someone is looking, we are more conscious of our actions.
But silence?
What do we do when no one is watching?
- Get too comfortable and not do our best.
- Do what is convenient.
- Complain under our breath and grumble.
- Make strange wishes about things being different.
- Take a nap and hope it all goes away.
Regardless if this is you or another version of what you do when no one is looking, the question remains.
When all is silent, what are your actions teaching?
If you desire to impact, it's more than your words that matter both to you, your children, and the world you touch.
