How many nights do you stay up late just because you can? Guilty!!!
We can exhaust ourselves running to this and that, exploring the latest beach or the greatest roller coaster. Miles on the legs means rest for the body.
Remember, you can't catch up on sleep. Yet all you do is keep burning the candles at both ends.
What would fall a part if you did slow down? You may actually might love life more, increase your energy, and wear a bigger smile --- all good for you and the family!
But seriously, what healthy habits can reboot your summer? If it's too hot, who wants to do anything.
Well your body needs fuel and movement regardless of the season. Think about how much you are really running around with an elevated heart rate?
Not too much unless you're headed for the opening night of your favorite movie.
Even during the summer, you have to be intentional with your health. Health doesn't happen because you think of it.
