As you lose weight, you might experience plateaus. During this time, inches may be shifting and/or your body is learning to TRUST you.

  1. Are you drinking enough water?

  2. Are you moving your bowels daily? Yes, are you pooping? LOL :)

  3. Are you eating too much or too little calories?

  4. Are you eating the right foods?

  5. Are you getting enough sleep?

  6. Are you stressed out?

  7. Are your foods working for your body?

  8. Are you moving or exercising?

  9. Are you following a plan? Or are you dabbling hoping for the magic pill?
