035 Yummy Time!

Food is FUN!!! This may be contradicting myself. However, making food fun brings good emotions and doesn't send you in a spin of depression. Take a chance and do some YUMMY TIME in the kitchen.

Lasagna Recipe

5 cans of favorite spaghetti sauce 2-3 lbs of meat (sausage, hamburger, shredded chicken, turkey) 2-3 cups of cheese 1 pkg of noodles

Brown your meat in a skillet. Be sure to drain excess grease rinsing under hot water. Preheat your oven 325 and bake for 1 1/2 hours. OR you can preheat oven to 375 and bake for 45-50 minutes until noodles are tender. (Check with fork).

Be sure to place at least 2/3 can of sauce at the bottom of the 9x12 pan. Add a layer of noodles. Followed by your mixture of sauce and meat, topped with cheese. Repeat for two more layers. 

On the last layer, leave the cheese off. After it's done cooking in the over, simply place the remaining cheese on top. It will melt with the heat and become ooie gooie!!

GLUTEN FREE  Use gluten free noodles instead of regular lasagna noodles.

VEGAN Use vegetables instead of meat. And the veggies can be used instead of noodles too.

Most importantly, have FUN!!!!! It's yumy time!!
