There are so many battles in our world today. Why do we choose to do what we say and do?Life is challenging enough. The struggles and troubles that we attempt to overcome can appear to run us over.
You are made for more. Don't let yourself down by taking someone else down before you.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Love moves first!What would happen if you chose every day to support those placed in your path?
Instead of facing people in opposition with an attack or rebuttal, what about kindness?
Love moves first.
30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” ~ Mark 12:30-31If there is no commandment greater than loving God and loving your neighbor as yourself, why are those the first ones we leave out of our every day focus?
You have to determine what you are going to focus on when you rise up every day. Playing house and leaving intentionality out of your day places randomness at the helm.
God did not create you on a whim. You are wanted. You are seen. You are heard. You are desired. You are loved.
11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. ~ Jeremiah 29:11Rise today knowing that you are special. You do not have to prove yourself by puffing up your chest or tearing someone else down.
Build up the people around you. Radiate love as you move throughout your day. Extend a hand with no strings attached.
Love moves first.
There is something in you that only you can give to the world. Let your light shine brightly. Smile more than you frown. Be the hope in the darkness.
Don't crumble under the world's pressure. Let God carry you. He will be your strength today. And don't worry about tomorrow as tomorrow will worry about itself.
Love moves first. You've got today!
