The K.I.S.S. ~ Mix it up!Think about your every day. Are you doing the same thing over and over?
Now some things are very beneficial on rinse and repeat.
- exercise
- bedtime routine
- bill pay
- discipline rules
But what happens when you keep doing the same thing over and over? A lot of times, you get bored. And when you're bored, there is a feeling of "chore" that's born.
Mix it up!
Lean into your wild side. Take A.I.M. on what needs to change. Don't be comfortable with where you are.
Now understand there is a difference in comfort and contentment. You can be happy and find your place, but still, be actively going for your goals.
Reach for the stars, not for the dirt. You can touch dirt every day. Let enthusiasm feel your atmosphere.
Mix it up!
Laugh more than you sit in quiet. Read more than you watch videos. Pray more than you complain.
Change takes work. Dreams are fulfilling.
