Roderick L. Hairston is the husband of 29 years to his beautiful wife, Sheri, and father to their three adult daughters and one adult son whom they consider their magnum opus -- their great work!
Pastor Rod is the Senior Pastor of Messiah Community Church just outside of Baltimore, Maryland.
For fourteen seasons, he invested his passion for men and families as Chaplain and Life Coach of the NFL's Baltimore Ravens. There he earned two Super Bowl rings.
When Pastor Rod is not teaching, preaching, or coaching, you'll find him speaking to men and married couples around the country and on his iPad coaching NFL couples. However, he's a man who never leaves home without his camera.
Pastor Rod is the author of two books: Cover Her and his latest, Cover Him: Caring for the Hidden Needs, Thoughts and Feelings of the Man You Love
