Many search for the answer to solving a problem. But sometimes, learning how behavior can change your course is the simplest answer of all.

It's not about what you need to have in order to reach a goal; the program, the equipment, the food, the schedule.

It all boils down to your behavior.

What are you doing to change the course?

Looking at ourselves in the mirror and being critical of our behaviors is very uncomfortable and disturbing at times. We don't want to face the music.

If you go to your physician and are diagnosed with a disease that could be prevented by your actions, wouldn't you like to go back and make some changes?

Of course!

But in the moment, we get comfortable in our bad habits and behaviors and honestly, we aren't willing to do the hard work every day.

We want convenience, easy, and immediate gratification.

Yes, it would be nice to take a pill and have everything get better. And understand, I'm not against science. There are people who do need medication for their health and well-being.

However, your health is not solely dependent on a pill. In fact, you need to recognize and comprehend the magnitude of your behaviors.

And I'm not just saying this to you. I talking to me too! There are things I need to change. And a lot of it is because of our behaviors.

So what can you do to alter your behavior to change your course?

The K.I.S.S. ~ Be who you want to become!

You do this by being real with yourself.

  1. Own your behavior. This is an honest look at what you are currently doing. Don't beat around the bush.
  2. Specify the change. This needs to be full of details. Don't leave any stone unturned.
  3. Train your moment. This is where you put consistent action(s) in place to make the change to the behavior. Look for where you can set yourself up for success.

Be who you want to become!
