I can remember as a child all I wanted to do was to grow up. I wanted to be a big girl. Now, I don't think I thought about it as an adult. However, the idea of doing what I wanted to do sounded like fun.

But then I grew up and life got a little real!

If you could go back, would you want to fast forward to adulthood? What about parenthood?

Probably not. In fact, you might try to appreciate your childhood a little more.

The grass is always greener on the other side.

I find myself saying...

So you have to learn to fight the mundane with a little FUN!

Part of being a parent, an adult is a challenge. However, it too is a matter of perspective.

I don't know about your household, but we've had the crud going around, at least for me and our youngest. With that being said, we still try to have FUN!

You have to hit the F.U.N. button and be intentional about laughing and smiling more. What you search for, you will find.

So start searching for the FUN!

1. Favor laughter. Find the funny in every day.
2. Uplift with words. Positivity goes a long way.
3. Navigate with hope. If you have hope, you can have a smile.
