There is so much information out proclaiming exactly what you should fuel your body with, in order to get the greatest results.

Depending on who you speak with, you could literally have a book of different things to eat when and how much.

Suggestions go as far as timing and how many meals in your day. No wonder most are confused and give up before they really even start.

So how do you structure the quality of your diet in order to create the quality of your life you desire?

The K.I.S.S. ~  Fuel from the ground up!

In all the research and studies I've read, along with personal experiments on myself, the best way to eat no matter what diet you want to follow, you must fuel from the ground up.

  1. Start with green vegetables and end with fruits.
  2. Add a protein that compliments your activity level.
  3. Hydrate like a high tide. Drink it up!

Now some would leave you with those three tips and say, "Good luck!" However, there's still more you can do to fuel from the ground up. And that comes from the nourishment of yourself, not just in body, but in mind and spirit. It's the psychological, spiritual, relational, biological, educational, and vocational areas of life.

Fuel from the ground up includes the mind, body, and spirit. It's not just about the food. It's nourishment for your whole self!

CHALLENGE: Assess where you are in the nourishment of your life. Begin with the basics (food) and then lean into the deeper assessment (mind, body, and spirit).
