We have to be very careful how often we replay the mistakes in our heads. Replaying negative thoughts are much easier than replaying positive thoughts.

For one reason, most can think of more negative thoughts than positive thoughts. And if you are cautious about your ego or pride, then you probably have the tendency not to boast about your accomplishments.
You should celebrate your accomplishments. In fact, you probably under-celebrate yourself.
So today is a moment in time when you celebrate how far you have come regardless of where you're headed.
You are incredible! YOU matter!!!

But look at what came from the mistake; remember the lesson.

Are you fumbling around looking for the specks that draw you closer to all the mistakes; the ones that magnify those you wish you couldn't see?
Put those away. Better yet, stomp on them. Grab the glasses that enhance the details of what you learned from your failure.
