The words you use are paints for your canvas. As you look in the mirror, what you say is what you see.
The dull colors shine brighter the more you use them. The stuff you don't like stands out more.

But how is that serving your smile? How is that giving you confidence? How is that fulfilling your dreams? How is that making you beautiful?
It's time to take a shower! Clean up with compliments.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Clean up with compliments!Why wait for someone else to give you a compliment? You have more opportunities to change your self-talk than relying on someone else to do the work.
And remember, what you say to yourself has more power than that from a friend or stranger.
Words have power!
So clean up with compliments. It's time to wash out your mouth. Maybe even use a little old-fashion soap washing.
- Speak with forgiveness. No judgment.
- Speak with kindness. There is an acceptance of where you are now.
- Speak with love. This makes a way for a beautiful reflection.
