Let go of what you can't control. You are responsible for how you respond. Be quick to love. Release the disappointments and bury the grudges.

The heart sees what's invisible to the eye.

So where is your focus?

Look beyond what stands in your way. Hold to the truths you have been taught. If in question, seek wise counsel.

Your future lies in the now. The past has gone away and soon tomorrow becomes today.

Don't waste a moment blaming and shaming.

Look inward and upward. Stop slaying all hope just because trouble meets you head on. You are ready! You are prepared!

Be careful to damper the fiction that increases an anxious spirit and sends waves of disparity.

Your purpose. Your passion. Your pursuit.

Be present in all you do.

Be incredible in the moment.
