There are so many confusing factors involving health, that it's easy to run and hide in your habits rather than living daily anchored in truth.

But what you must understand is that you will only thrive as much as you care for yourself.

You can talk all the smack you want about your children needing you, your husband needing you, your church needing you.

However, if you are not making YOU a priority, no one else will.

With the summer here and the children under your feet, you have to be intentional about your needs when it comes to your health and wellness.

So let's dive deeper and be anchored in truth.

The K.I.S.S. ~ Be anchored in truth!

You were created on purpose for a purpose. You may or may not know your "whole" purpose, but God does.

"Behold, You desire truth in the innermost being, And in the hidden part You will make me know wisdom." ~ Psalm 51:6

Most of our life we are in search of what works. The problem is, we are looking away from the One who spoke truth and gave us life.

We run and we hide. We allow the desires of our hearts to be manipulated and entangled in what the world deems fit.

We focus on the loud voices screaming out what's best instead of listening to that still, small voice within.

  • Taking a shortcut and not working out, because you don't feel like it.
  • Eating that crunchy, salty snack because you can; it's convenient.
  • Staying up late to watch a movie you can enjoy anytime.

If you want to live, love, and impact the world in which you touch, you must be anchored in truth.

  1. Be relentless in caring about your well-being. (MIND)
  2. Be intentional about your health decisions daily. (BODY)
  3. Be present in His presence. (SPIRIT)
