With continued interceptions of disappointment, you slip back into the game of "Not It". Your day becomes the garden of crushed "I can't" flowers. But you're okay with that. All talk, no action.
Gray skies are gonna clear up, put on a happy face. You barely have the energy to keep the fight.
But the fight... Get in the fight. The one between what life deals to you and what you want to deal life.
A heart on fire!
Ignite your heart, not just for a moment, but every moment.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Be a heart on fire!Why stay stuck where you are? Why give yourself permission to hover in "comfort-land"?
"Comfort-land" is lined with excuses.
And those excuses will strengthen so long as you feed them. The more purpose and attention you affirm with your actions, your excuses will become the leader of the pack.
Sometimes your defense is the best offense.
Get in the game. Stop playing small.
You have to continue to follow your heart and connect your head to where you are going.
When people question you, smile proudly and keep moving. You see it's hard to extinguish a flame so deep even if only a spark.
It's only takes a spark. Keep the flame burning.

You need to be willing to fight for what you want in your life. You need to be willing to ignite the passion deeper than convenience.
A heart on fire...

- Gives hope in the most challenging events of life.
- Inspires you to keep moving forward; even when every ounce of your body aches for rest.
- Celebrates life and the wins of others, especially when you are drowning in your own mess.
