The foods you love will fill the air with scents you can't resist. But don't give in to every taste. Enjoy each bite as they come.
Rushing the day to get to the night doesn't slow down time. It only pushes what you don't want to deal with out of sight.

Recognize the beauty within. Let the surface stuff melt away and the heart shine brighter today.
