We hurry and scurry around trying to get everything done. Getting stuck in one line after another.
The holidays are a good excuse to slow down, but it seems like we up the tempo.
Instead of focusing on the reason for the season, we keep grounded to the expectations of the season.
Stop playing with fire; the kind of fire that puts out your joy.
Wait, just wait! Interject a flurry of joy.
Today, our 41st President of the United States is being buried. Yesterday was a national day of mourning. One thing that many people talk about when the speak of George H.W. Bush is how he would be the first to pick you up when you were down. Everyone was treated as family. The more I've heard stories over the past few day, the more I feel he lived his life with a flurry of joy.
There was always something better on the other side.
The K.I.S.S. ~ A flurry of joy!As your day begins to unfold, look for the joy. A flutter here, a flurry there.
When you embrace a gift so simple, you see the world through God's eyes.
Don't worry about what you can't control. Don't fret about what went wrong. Don't blame others for what didn't go right.

Keep your heart searching for the little blessings of the day. Let the mess melt away. And don't be afraid. For when you seek joy, your heart will find it.
This season, it's a flurry of joy that ignites your days.
The question is, what joy will land on your doorstep first?
