The only thing that's stored easily is fat. And even that has it's limitations.

So as you are beginning your day, in the middle of your day, you need to pursue your schedule, your opportunities to restore daily.

You build your lifestyle daily!

There's no cramming for life like we used to cram for exams. It takes consistent daily efforts to get you where you want to go. Restore daily!

Now this thought can actually give you greater hope. You don't have to do it all in one day, even though growing up you seemed to be able to accomplish these feats. 

Anything worth having takes work; diligent, consistent effort and energy on your part. Restore daily!

What have you been trying to rush through, cram for in your life? Your business. Your education. Your marriage. Your weight loss. Your dreams.

And how far have you gotten fast? Probably not where you wanted to be. It takes one step at a time to lead to miles of greatness. Restore daily!
