What you can do to have the greatest impact in your life is one basic fundamental that will take you and your life to the next level?

You need to do what the other 95% aren't doing.

The basic fundamental of life, one of the pillars, is NUTRITION! 

What you fuel your body with reflects and affects all 5 senses (taste, see, hear, touch, smell).

Nutrition is an integral part of your body.

As a Woman of Impact, you need to understand how food, something so simple, can be so detrimental to your health if not used wisely.

The K.I.S.S. ~ Fuel your body with premium goodness!

  1. Eat REAL food. Food in its most natural state.
  2. Protein at every meal EVERY time you eat.
  3. Vegetables are your BFFs! Enjoy unlimited amounts especially the green ones.
    • Eat in season.
  4. Limit your starches from morning to early afternoon.
  5. Drink WATER! (Minimum of 64 oz a day.)

The simplest phrase to remember as what you can do to have the greatest impact: If God created it, you can eat it!
