You still have time! Why are you planning for 2016 when you still have 60 days in 2015? Imagine what you can accomplish in 60 days.

Growing up, other people managed your life, your doings, and even your outcomes. Today, you have the helicopter parent - one who goes up to bat for their child even in college, yet they are an adult. Seriously?

As you transition through life, you gain more independence. Managing your own behavior might be your most difficult task. You know the saying - "it's easier said than done."

How are you at self-regulating? 

And what do these words really mean... Fantasies, dreams and goals.

  • Fantasies are ideas that can't happen, far fetched but fun to think about.
  • Dreams are probable and improbable.
  • Goals are when dreams examined to translate it into a goal (the end or achievement in which you direct your efforts).

Goals have two categories.

  1. Process goals - strategy or tools used to reach an outcome goal.
  2. Outcome goals - goals set to achieve a specific/final product or result.

Goals MUST be action oriented!

Process goals are habits that are daily actions/strategies/tools. We will call these DAILY GOALS from here on out.

Outcome goals are goals with an end date. This will be called TIMED GOALS.
