Don't panic! Quick recipes even from the freezer!


Ever had a party happening that wasn't planned? Everything is frozen and you don't know what to do. Have no fear, yummy recipes are here!!


Your Best Selfie Meal Plan


RECIPES


CHICKEN WINGS



  1. You need frozen chicken wings, olive oil, and your favorite sauce.

  2. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

  3. Lightly coat your frozen chicken wings with olive oil (about 1-2 TBSP).

  4. Place on a cookie sheet. Or for easy clean up use your broiler pan, place foil in the bottom and the wings on top. When the cooking is done, throw the foil away. Less clean up and time in the kitchen.

  5. Now GET SAUCY! Have your guests, or children, choose their sauce and how many wings. Place in a zip lock bag or bowl and shake, rattle and roll the wings. Add enough sauce for your liking. 

  6. Place the sauced wings in the BROILER and heat of 2-4 minutes. This is where they get crunchy. Yummy!

  7. ENJOY!

  8. If your children would prefer boneless chicken tenderloins, you can do the same thing.


Healthy ZUCCHINI CHIPS



  1. You will need 2 zucchinis, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, planko or your favorite bread crumbs, 1 TBSP of olive oil, and ground/fresh cracked pepper.

  2. Slice the zucchinis into 1/8 of an inches slices, not too thick or thin.

  3. Coat slices with olive oil. You can shake it in a ziploc bag if desired.

  4. Combine cheese, bread crumbs and pepper.

  5. Coat the zucchini slices with the above mixture.

  6. Place on a cookie sheet.

  7. Bake in the over at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

  8. If you don't want the bread crumbs, leave them out! They are just as tasty and even better for your body.


GAME DAY DIP



  1. You will need cottage cheese (1 cup), 3 tsp of ranch dressing mix or your favorite salts and fresh cracked peppers, and water.

  2. Place the cottage cheese and dressing mix into a blender of your choice. Blend until smooth while adding water. Don't add TOO much as you don't want the dip runny. 

  3. If you want an extra kick, add your favorite picante sauce. YUM! YUM!

  4. PROTEIN WRAPS BURRITOS

  5. All you need is your favorite deli meat and slice cheese. And yes, let the children have their american cheese if they desire. It's one day. :)

  6. Feel free to have lettuce available, but not necessary.

  7. Your guest will enjoy taking a slice of their favorite deli meat, lay a piece of cheese on top and roll! You have the best wraps ever.

  8. Torilla bread can be used, but is optional. 


Make it a great SUPER BOWL PARTY! The emergency is no more!!
