  2. The first food to be taking you already have...it's free! DRINK

  3. Take your smacky snacky foods and infuse with REAL foods. Make
    a small shift. Convenience to benefits.

  4. REPLACE ONE of your bigger meals a day with REAL foods. Lunch
    or Dinner.

  5. ADD other meals as you continue to meal prep & plan.
