...and over the past decades. Family time was a priority around eating and the dinner table. Now, we are driving from one activity to the next, grabbing what we can at a fast food, even a more "healthy" fast food option, and off to the next thing.


Do you find yourself swimming in chaos and eating? The information out there is SOOO contradictary of each other. You don't know what's right and wrong. Well, the right and wrong aspect is YOUR decision. Today, I going to give you a different perspective that might blow your mind and make you made at me. But if you are wanting to "clean" or waht I like to call REAL eating, then let's jump in.


BUZZ Words in the media is CLEAN, ORGANIC, GLUTEN FREE, NATURAL. Know why you are choing those foods over other foods. Gluten Free doesn't mean healthy. Organic can get expensive; For example, if you eat the peel, buy organic. 


Eating stimulates a chemical reaction in your body. How your body absorbs it or takes it in is what matters. No right or wrong here. The decision is what works for YOU and your family!!

  • Eat foods in it's REAL, AUTHENTIC, TRUEST, SIMPLEST form.

  • Eat COLORFUL.

  • Season it YOURSELF.

  • Marinade it YOURSELF.

  • Experiment with recipes with the foods you enjoy.

  • Be ware of Gluten Free, Natural and Organic labeling.

  • Pick what works for YOUR family.
