Muti-tasking: Myth or Truth?


That's the question. You can read all the science you want, dig deeper into the psychology of the process, view the definition; however, how does it affect YOU? Regardless of whether you believe it to be myth or truth, multi-tasking is performing 2 or more activities simultaneously. The real question is: How do you see multi-tasking in your life? Is it simply the "latest and greatest" catch phrase of the season? Is it a simple and easy way to say "Yes" or "No" when asked how are you?


Today, I challenge you to consider another word - FLEXIBILITY. Flexibility, being able to bend without breaking. Living a life of flexibility instills a sense of freedom and leaves exhaustion at the wayside.


Multi-tasking: Myth or Truth? Whatever your thoughts or beliefs, you decide how it shapes your day, your mind, your body, your soul. Is it the "latest and greatest" fade that keeps you coming back to the word. Or is it a trap that holds you on a roller coaster not allowing you the opportunity to soar as God created.


Are you a uncooked spaghetti noodle? Or a cooked, well seasoned noodle.Multi-tasking or Flexibility. You decide.

Multi-tasking or Flexibility? It's not about what is right or wrong. Rather it's how the definition fits into YOUR life and defines how you operate as a woman, mom, friend, dad or man. Only YOU know the shoes you fill. So what definition propels you forward? Multi-tasking, myth or truth. You decide.
