As a whole, the majority of people's resolutions or new goals is to increase exercise, workout more, lose weight, and move more. The problem is you begin full speed ahead, but hit a brick wall called LIFE! How do your stay Fun, Fit and Fabulous?
1. First, it begins with your MINDSET.2. Life is change.
FUN...Create your Joy Jar!Write your wins. This is your time to SHINE with all of your accomplishments, big or small.
FIT...Get moving with intention!Walk 15-30 minutes a day. This is a fantastic stress reliever and amazing cleanser for detoxifying the mind.
Plank it. Place your body in a push-up position with your hands/elbows underneath your shoulders. Keep your back straight. If your lower back is hurting or tight, you are doing it wrong. Keep your abdominals engaged. You should feel them shake. Count to 5 beyond that feeling! You can do it. BEGINNERS can do this too. Simply put yourself in the "girl" push-up position. Again, follow the above with the placement of hands/elbows and keep your back straight. Lower back should not feel strained or pulled. If so, you are doing it incorrectly. Further, if you are wanting a greater challenge, take your left leg and extend it out to the left side (a diagonal). Do the same for the right side. Typically, this is called windshield wipers.
FABULOUS...Do something everyday to get you closer to your goal!
