I often ask my clients how consisten they have been with their programs in the past and most times they tell me they have been consistent but just aren't seeing results.
Well, IF you are REALLY consistent, you will definitely see results. In the world o weight loss and fitness, a LOT of programs have a start and stop date. In the REAL, CONSISTENT world, there is no end, it becomes your life AND it MUST be realistis and sustainable.
